Seascape
At Seascape, we want to make sure your experience is second to none so we work hard to ensure that it is updated, comfortable and full stocked with all of the essentials and comforts of home.
Kitchen
Seascape has a fully stocked kitchen including a Kitchen Aid mixer, Keurig machine, Mr. Coffee, crockpot, a large Brita maker, baking sheets and muffin pans, a full set of new pots and pans including a large pot for pasta and meatballs, a colander, a blender, a brand new toaster over, a blender for your favorite smoothie and plenty of glasses, mugs, and serving ware. As our guest, if there is something specific you are looking for, please reach out and we would be happy to let you know if the kitchen has what you are looking for or if we can add it for you prior to your stay.
Living Room
Brand new living room furniture in December of 2020 including a sofa, love seat and oversized chair and ottoman. We have also added a new 50 inch smart tv in November of 2020 including a Netflix subscription for the condo and a new TV stand stocked with throw blankets, books and family friendly games. Included in the changes were also new lights with USB ports to make charging your electronics easier. In March of 2021 we added a new ceiling fan to draw in the ocean air and in 2022 a new living room rug!
Dining Room
This large gathering space has direct views of the Ocean from any seat! Brand new in November of 2020, this dining room set seats 6 comfortably and provides a great space for families to gather for a meal or late night card game. New lighting and paint in November of 2020 help create a warm welcoming environment.
Master Bedroom
This large master bedroom offers views of the Atlantic and access to your private balcony that overlooks the panoramic ocean views. The bedroom offers brand new bedroom furniture in February of 2021 including a new mattress, king size bed, night stands, new lights and a new dresser. We have also added a new 50 inch smart tv in November of 2020 including a Netflix subscription for the condo and a new Alen Breathe Smart Air Purifier to help keep the air clean of any germ particles. Included in the changes are also all new linens including two down comforters and a new blanket for the bed. The room was also freshly painted in February of 2021 to a soothing color of Lilly White. A new ceiling fans was added in March of 2021. And in October of 2021 we replaced the carpet and all interior doors.
Second Bedroom
This bedroom offers a set of bunk beds and a separate twin for sleeping. There is also a foldaway bed in the condo as well to provide an additional bed for the unit. This room was freshly painted and updated with new linens in November of 2020. New carpet and doors were added in October of 2021.
Bathrooms
Seascape offers two full bathrooms, each with new shower heads to make rinsing the kids off and the sand from the beach easier! We also upgraded to a new larger water heater in March of 2021 so now our guests don't have to worry about running out of hot water.
Private Balcony Views
Seascape has an expansive balcony with 3 separate sliding doors leading out to it. The balcony is perfect for sitting and relaxing to the sounds of the waves crashing and the birds chirping. At Seascape we have the luxury of facing Cape May and overlooking the bird sanctuary which means that on our balcony, it is quiet and serene. Sit out there in the winter months during the afternoon and feel the sun warm you up as you enjoy a nice glass of wine overlooking the Atlantic! This tremendous outdoor space is furnished with classic high-end furniture (not the cheap white plastic) including an oversized couch with large coffee-table; chaise lounge, and separate lounge chair.
Full Size Washer and Dryer
The unit offers a brand new full size washer and dryer so that you can do all your wash in the unit without having to leave.
